Design Process
I’ve Ordered a Sample Packet….Now What?
Once you decide on your program style and paper selection -
- Complete the Quote Form sent with your sample packet and return it to us by mail or enter the information on our easy form.
- We will send a no obligation quote based on your information submitted. (Your quote will include your shipping. U.S. address Program/Menu order shipping charges are based on Fedex 2 day Residential Rates unless specified otherwise. International Shipping is determined on a per order basis, we ship either Fedex or UPS International.)
- Submit your deposit of 50% as indicated on your quote.
- We will send a sample “mock-up” program using your selected papers and program style. (Mock-up programs are without text).
- Your designer will contact you to discuss your program design, including ribbon and font selections.
- When design work is finalized, we will send you a final proof of the complete program, which includes all text and graphics.
- Final Proof Approval – we require that you give final approval by email/fax. We do not begin final printing until we receive your final approval.
- Provide final program count. We understand attendance counts can change, it is at this time you can increase or decrease your order.
- Final invoice issued based on your final count. Your balance must be PAID IN FULL before we ship your programs.
We understand that you may not have all of your information when we begin, this is fine. We begin designing with the format of your program and can add additional information or make any changes at any time before final print begins. You receive unlimited revisions, until you decide your program is your dream!
